Shipping Details

Our standard procedure is to ship using UPS ground. 
Any requests to use a different carrier or service will be billed accordingly.   We typically contact our customers to verify programming requirements,  feel free to discuss shipping options with the representative if you wish.

SmarterPOS will work to get your order out as fast as possible.  Orders received after normal business hours will be processed the next working day.

If programming is required please make a note in the order message field when checking out, we will contact you for details and ship promptly when programming is complete.

A confirmation message with instructions to check status will arrive to your email inbox.   The email will explain how to use our site to check order status, provide an order number, and will include the specific details of your purchase.  A tracking number will be provided so you can follow, in detail, the status of your order.
